Mr. Arthur graduated from Ohio Northern University (B.A. with distinction, 1964 followed by J.D. in 1967 and The University of Toledo (M.B.A. in 1968). He was an assistant professor of Business Law at Defiance College before turning his attention to private practice. Mr. Arthur continues to consult with the firm, but now maintains a private mediation service.
