In 2005, Matt volunteered during the Courtyard Challenge for the Defiance Regional Medical Center Foundation (top-right photo) The event was a success and raised more than $13,000. Another DRMC event Matt took part in, was the inaugural Defiance Regional Medical Center Pro-Am Golf Tournament in June 2006. This event raised $100,000 to support the purchase of stereotactic breast biopsy equipment for the Defiance Regional Medical Center.
