Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce member, Better Business Bureau member, coach at the Defiance Area YMCA and the Defiance Strikers traveling team, Assistant coach for the Defiance High School varsity boys soccer team and the Defiance High School varsity girls soccer team, Chairman of the campaign for the St. Mary's School Development Fund which raised over $750,000 in order to provide education opportunities and assistance to students at St. Mary's Catholic School

Past:
Chairman of the Defiance Area Easter Seals Campaign, raising money for handicapped individuals that cannot afford medical care, Board Member for the Defiance County Humane Society, Chairman for the St. Mary's parish festival, raising funds and providing fellowship for members of the parish, President of the Defiance County Bar Association and member of the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers
