Eric A. Mertz
Eric A. Mertz graduated from Ohio State University with a B.A. in 1976 and from the University of Toledo Law School in 1979. He has been on the Board of Trustees for the Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers since 1991.
A life long resident of Northwest Ohio, Mr. Mertz maintains a general practice of law with emphasis on personal injury litigation (including insurance claims and death claims) and family law (including divorce and child custody cases). He is Board Certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. NBTA has been approved by the Supreme Court Commission on Certification of Attorneys as Specialists in the State of Ohio.
Eric A. Mertz was born in Defiance Ohio, July 24, 1954. Mr. Mertz was admitted to the bar in 1979, Ohio.
